MiNightVet Woking

MiNightVet Woking is a small animal out of hours veterinary emergency service, welcoming dogs, cats, birds, exotics, poultry and small mammals. We are based in Woking providing emergency out of hours care to our clients.

Our service is available to clients from all practices who have made arrangements with us. Please see the list below to find out if your veterinary practice can use our service.

The MiNightVet team provides a dedicated emergency service with full-time night staff who will be alert and effective even at unsociable hours. The qualified vets and nurses have a special interest, experience and training in all aspects of emergency and critical care.

Veterinary Surgeon
Betty graduated in 2010 from the University of Padova, Italy. She has worked for two years in a busy first opinion practice in Italy. In 2013, she moved to UK to start a one year internship at Wey Referrals developing an interest in emergency and critical care. Since 2014 she has been working as emergency clinician in Woking. In 2017, Betty obtained the post-graduate certificate in ECC and in March 2018 she was recognised as an advanced practitioner in ECC from the RCVS. Finally in 2018 she finished her second post-graduate certificate in clinical pathology at the University of Milano.

Lead Veterinary Nurse
Sarah qualified in 2002 after studying at the RVC and working at the Queen Mother Hospital for small animals referral centre. After leaving the QMH she became head nurse in a mixed animal practice before going back into referral work between 2007 – 2013 and studying for her further nursing diploma’s. Since 2013 Sarah has been working in emergency and critical care as a senior night nurse in Woking. Her particular areas of interest are medicine and emergency and critical care.

Sarah Chandler

Registered Veterinary Nurse
Sarah has been working for Pet Doctors since 2014 and came to our Woking practice in August 2017 as a student veterinary nurse. She started her training in January 2018, and enjoys the variety of procedures that take place in practice. She has a special interest in rabbits and has volunteered for a rabbit and guinea pig rescue since 2008. Sarah herself has two rabbits at home called Patroclus and Achilles, as well as a hamster called Ajax.
